The Membership of Tullawon Health Service consists of all adult descendants of Ooldea Mission living on the Yalata or Maralinga Tjarutja lands.

The Board of Management is chosen by the Membership at annual general meetings.   The Board is responsible for providing the strategic directions to be taken by THS and for oversighting the work of the CEO and the AED as outlined below.   It reports to the Membership at AGMs and to funding bodies as required.

The Chief Executive Officer and the Anangu Executive Director are jointly responsible for executive management of THS under the strategic framework set down by the BoM and are answerable to the BoM.

The Medical Director has overall responsibility for advising and guiding THS services and programs.   The MD oversights the work of visiting doctors and specialists and reports to the CEO and AED.

Visiting Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health Professionals such as the dentist, ophthalmologist, optometrist, physiotherapist and RFDS staff, are managed by and report to the MD and the PC.

The Programs Co-ordinator is responsible for oversighting the operation of THS's  Primary Health Care and Aged and Disabled services and programs, works closely with the MD and reports to the CEO and AED.

The Primary Health Care Nurses, the Mental Health Nurse and Aboriginal Health Workers are jointly responsible for implementing an integrated approach to THS primary health care programs and services under the direction of the PC and MD.   They report to the PC in the first instance and to the CEO and AED as required.

The Health Promotion Officer is responsible for promoting a healthy lifestyle for mothers and young children and reports to the PC in the first instance and to the CEO and AED as required.

The Aged and Disabled Persons program manager provides hands on day to day supersision of the program and reports to the PC in the first instance and the CEO and AED as required. 

The Aged and Disabled Care Workers are responsible for direct client contact in the provision of aged and disabled persons services and report to the A&DP manager in the first instance and to the CEO and AED as required.

The Bringing Them Home (BTH) Counsellor is responsible for the provision of counselling services to members of the ‘Stolen Generation’ and other effected family members, and reports to the PC in the first instance and to the CEO and AED as required.   

The Finance/Admin Officer is responsible for a range of financial and administrative activity at Yalata and reports to the CEO and AED.

The Business Manager is responsible for contract management and general executive management support and reports to the CEO and the AED.
